Things to Remember

When you're trying to forge a new relationship with someone and it doesn't stick, remember:

You are worthy.

You absolutley deserve realationships that give back the energy you put into them.  And then some. 

Any relationship that fills you with doubt about your personal value is not for you.

Even if it doesn't work out, you can still wish someone well.  But don't dwell. Send them light and move.  Forward. 

Lonliness is not a sign of weakness.  It is a sign that you're ready for genuine connection.  Stay open. 

No one relationship defines you.  You contain multitudes. 

Perhaps most important of all... You are stronger than you know.
